Below that threshold, the data volume needed for meaningful optimization doesn't accumulate fast enough to justify a management retainer. For companies ready to scale to $30,000–$100,000/month, our account architecture and optimization process produces the most significant returns.

What ROAS should we expect?

ROAS targets depend entirely on your gross margin. The break-even ROAS formula is 1 divided by your gross margin percentage. A business with 30% gross margins needs a 3.3x ROAS to break even on ad spend. We establish your break-even ROAS at the start of every engagement and target above it. Platform-reported ROAS is always higher than true ROAS — we report both.

Which paid channels should we be on?

Channel selection is determined by your buyer behavior, average order value, and margin structure. Google Search captures high-intent buyers. Meta and Instagram drive awareness and retargeting at scale. LinkedIn is most efficient for B2B with deal values above $5,000. TikTok works for consumer brands with strong visual product stories. We don't recommend channels based on what we're comfortable managing — we recommend based on what your data says about where your buyers are.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly retainer based on scope and channel complexity. Percentage-of-spend models create a misaligned incentive — they reward the agency for spending more of your budget, not for spending it efficiently. Our fee is fixed regardless of how much or how little ad spend we recommend.

How long until paid media produces results?

Directional data within 30 days. Meaningful optimization requires 60–90 days of data accumulation. Campaigns targeting high-intent search terms often convert within the first two weeks. Awareness campaigns and brand building on social take longer to show revenue impact. We set specific timeline expectations at the start of each engagement based on channel mix and budget level.
