Each plan covers one business and one location. Advertising management, website redesigns, photography, video production, ecommerce management, and additional locations are not included. If your business needs something outside the selected plan, Flightdeck will confirm the additional scope and cost before completing that work.
No. We handle the work directly. Occasionally we'll reach out for a quick approval on something sensitive, like how to respond to a negative review, but that's it.
The first three service periods are your initial commitment, then it's month to month after that. The activation fee and first month are charged together at signup. Recurring monthly billing begins 30 days after signup.
