Do I need a kickoff call?

Yes. After you complete payment and the short enrollment form, Local Presence includes a focused 20 minute kickoff and Local Search includes a 30 to 45 minute website and local search kickoff, so we can confirm access and establish the first priorities. The kickoff happens after enrollment, not before payment.

How long until I see a difference?

Most businesses see their information and listings become more complete and consistent within the first 30 to 60 days. Review activity picks up soon after that. We don't promise specific rankings or a set number of new customers, results vary by business and location, but the work keeps building the longer it runs.

What do I actually get each month?

With Local Presence, your business information stays accurate, your local listings stay consistent, and we manage your reviews and post regular updates on your behalf. With Local Search, we also improve your website to help local customers find and contact you. Every plan ends in a plain-language summary you can actually read, not a technical report.

What's not included?

Each plan covers one business and one location. Advertising management, website redesigns, photography, video production, ecommerce management, and additional locations are not included. If your business needs something outside the selected plan, Flightdeck will confirm the additional scope and cost before completing that work.

Do I need to do anything myself?

Flightdeck handles the ongoing work after setup. You will need to attend your kickoff, provide accurate business information, and grant the required account access through the secure requests we send. We may occasionally contact you when clarification or approval is genuinely required.

What's the commitment?

Both plans begin with a 90 day initial commitment. The one time setup fee and first month are charged together at signup. Recurring monthly billing continues with the next billing period. After the first three service periods, service continues month to month.
